1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) ?

Yes! , We offer Cash on Delivery across most of the cities and pin codes in India. COD availability will be shown at checkout.

2. How long will delivery take ?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–15 business days depending on your location and courier services. Don't worry you will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. How do I track my order ?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. You can click the link to see real-time updates/location of your order from our courier partner .

4. How much does shipping cost ?

We offer free shipping on all products.

5. Where do you ship ?

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. Some remote pin codes may not be serviceable; in such cases, we’ll contact you after checkout.

6. What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit cards, Net banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery. All the payments are processed securely through Razorpay .

7. Can I return or exchange a product ?

Yes, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For other reasons, the item must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.

8. How do I start a return ?

Simply email us at essentialssindia@gmail.com with your order number, issue, and photos (if damaged/defective). Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

9. Do you offer refunds ?

Yes, once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

10. Can I exchange my order instead of refunding ?

Yes, exchanges are possible for the item if the stock is available. Otherwise, we will issue you a refund.

11. What happens if I receive a damaged product ?

If your product arrives damaged or defective,
so firstly Sorry for all the inconvenience cause by us and secondly please contact us immediately with product and packaging photos at essentialsindia@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

12. What if I ordered the wrong item or changed my mind ?

Returns for the wrong orders or change of mind are accepted only if the product is unused and in original packaging. In this case, you’ll need to bear the return shipping cost.

 

13. Can I cancel my order after placing it ?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them After that , we may not be able to stop processing your order .

14. Are your products authentic and safe ?

Yes. We only work with verified suppliers and ensure our products meet our quality standards before shipping to you.

15. Will all items in my order arrive together?

Sometimes products may arrive or ship from different warehouses or suppliers, so you might receive them in separate packages. and You’ll also get tracking details for each shipment.

16. Do you provide invoices with GST ?

Yes, invoices are sent to your email after purchase and include applicable GST as per Indian regulations.

17. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order

18. Do you offer international shipping ?

Currently, we only deliver within India.

Our products are shipped directly from trusted suppliers. Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, festive seasons, or high-demand products. We’ll always keep you updated with tracking info.
